A Custom blend of sun and shade grass seed that is perfect for Massachusetts lawns. Our blend is designed to thrive in a variety of lighting conditions, with a mix of 45% Perennial Rye, 35% Red Fescue, and 20% Kentucky Bluegrass.

Perennial Rye is a durable grass that can withstand heavy traffic and requires minimal watering. Red Fescue is a fine-textured grass that is perfect for shaded areas, and Kentucky Bluegrass is a popular grass that is known for its soft texture and bright green color.
